Healing happens every time we step on the mat and sew the thread between body, mind, breath, and soul. We connect deeply to atman by enlivening the pranic body. The therapeutic technique of reframing is a powerful tool to use on or off the mat to shift trauma, shame, guilt and negativity… taking away some power from an intense sensation or experience. The breath allows us to access deeply into the Self (body, mind, soul) and begin this shift.
