Vegan Protein Chocolate Banana Nut Granola….

This is one of my absolute favorites…. I feel like I’m indulging and yet it’s so good for me! Nuts have loads of healthy plant based proteins and fats that help body and brain function optimally! Banana’s are packed with potassium… plus is a great way to use your mushy over ripe one’s!
Recipe:
– Variety of Nuts you like, about 3 CUPS
– 1 over ripe banana
– Vegan Chocolate Protein Powder
– Hemp and/or Chia Seeds
– Coconut oil
Mush up the banana in a bowl using a fork or potato masher. Add in melted coconut oil and two scoops vegan chocolate protein powder. Mix in nuts and seeds. Spread onto a lined baking sheet and bake at 300 for about 20 minutes give or take depending on your oven. Cool and enjoy!
