When we mindfully nourish our bodies true magic takes place. I hold no strict rules about what I do and do not eat…. instead I mindfully seek food that helps me feel clear, centered, and vibrant. When I can share this meal with loved ones it is a spiritual offering of myself in service and love.
Salmon with fresh dill, garlic, olive oil… under the boiler for 8-10 minutes.
Salad with sliced yellow tomato, fresh watercress greens, sliced beets, shredded basil, burratta cheese, olive oil and balsamic drizzle.
