Why matcha?!
– loaded with antioxidants
– promotes a calm, focused, meditative yet alert state (just ask the zen Buddhist’s that have been drinking it for eons)
– boosts memory and concentration
– increases energy
– not bad at giving your metabolism a lil boost either
Recipe:
1 tsp Matcha Green Tea Powder
2 or 3 slices of your favorite fruit… citrus works great as do berries and melon
Hot water
Place everything in a mug and stir to incorporate and bring out flavor!! You can drink it warm or over ice!
